Use the site only for lawful, non‑commercial purposes and in line with these Terms. Do not disrupt, reverse‑engineer, or misuse the Services.
Content & licensing
Our original content (articles, videos, commentary, maps, diagrams, and similar materials we create) is licensed Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 (CC BY‑NC 4.0) unless noted. You may share and adapt for non‑commercial purposes with attribution. Please include: “© JesusProof.org, 2025. Licensed CC BY‑NC 4.0” and link to our site when possible.
Third‑party content (e.g., public‑domain texts, Creative Commons materials, or licensed works) follows its own license or status. Follow the credit lines provided.
Public‑domain texts (e.g., the Geneva Bible) are PD; our added notes/layouts are © JesusProof.org and licensed as above unless otherwise stated.
Downloads & email signup
Downloads are free. We may request an email address to deliver files. Donations are optional and do not affect access.
Donations & receipts
We email receipts for each gift and can provide a year‑end summary on request. For gifts that include benefits (event tickets, merchandise), we disclose the fair market value (FMV) and the tax‑deductible portion. See our separate Donation Refund Policy (Georgia) for details.
User submissions
If you send feedback or materials, you grant JesusProof.org a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and display those submissions in connection with our mission. Only submit material you have rights to share.
Disclaimers
We aim for accuracy, but the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Our resources are for educational purposes and are not legal, tax, medical, or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JesusProof.org and its directors, officers, staff, contractors, and volunteers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Services.
Copyright concerns (DMCA)
If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, email contact@jesusproof.org
with: (a) your contact info; (b) a description and URL of the material; (c) a good‑faith statement that the use is not authorized; and (d) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act. We may remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who posted it, if applicable.
Governing law & venue (Georgia)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the state courts located in Fulton County, Georgia and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia (Atlanta Division).
Georgia Charitable Solicitation Disclosures
When we solicit contributions in or from Georgia, we include the following:
Our name and location (and that of any paid solicitor/solicitor agent, if used).
Upon request, we will send:
- A full and fair description of the charitable program for which the solicitation is carried out and, if different, of JesusProof.org’s programs and activities
- A financial statement or summary consistent with the statement we file with the Georgia Secretary of State.
If a paid solicitor or solicitor agent is used, we will state that fact and that the contract disclosing the financial arrangements is on file with the Secretary of State.
Note: Many charities must register with the Georgia Secretary of State, Charities Division before soliciting unless exempt. Registration does not imply endorsement.
Changes
We may update this page from time to time. We will post a new Effective date when we do.
